What We Do NOT Collect
We prioritize your privacy and do not collect any of the following data from your store:
- personal data of your store customers (names, emails, addresses)
- tracking cookies (we do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel)
- payment information (all transactions are processed securely by Paddle)
- order history of your store buyers
What We Collect
To provide our service, we only collect the minimum necessary technical information:
- your domain and license key for validation purposes
- your product texts for generating semantic embeddings (no personal data included)
- usage statistics including request counts and response times
- technical error logs stored for 30 days
For Self-hosted installations, no data is transmitted to our servers; all processing happens locally on your own infrastructure.
How We Process Data
Data is processed on secure EU-based servers in Germany using TLS 1.3 and encryption at rest.
Data Retention
Product embeddings are stored while your license is active; error logs are kept for 30 days; aggregated usage stats are kept for 12 months.
Encryption and Security
- all data is transmitted via secure HTTPS (TLS 1.3) connections
- license keys are stored exclusively as secure hashes (SHA-256)
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Third Parties
We use Paddle for payment processing and Cloudflare for our CDN. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
