14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with AI Search, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 14 days of your purchase. Our goal is to ensure you have the best search experience for your store without any financial risk.
When You Can Request a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- you are not satisfied with the search quality or relevance results
- the module does not function in your setup due to an unknown bug or theme conflict
- a duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error in the billing system
When Refunds Are Not Available
- the refund request is made more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- for Self-hosted licenses, if the ZIP archive has already been downloaded (unless a bug is confirmed)
- a change of mind occurred without an actual attempt to install the module
- the account or domain has violated our Terms of Service
- abuse of the Free tier or trial periods to circumvent legitimate payment
How to Request a Refund
Please email [email protected] with your order ID and a short description of why you are requesting a refund.
Processing Time
We process requests within 5-10 business days; refunds are issued via Paddle back to your original payment method.
Self-Hosted Refunds
Our $149 Self-hosted license is subject to specific digital delivery rules:
- a full refund is available within 14 days ONLY if the ZIP archive has NOT been downloaded
- after downloading the ZIP, a refund is only issued if a critical bug is confirmed and cannot be fixed
- partial refunds for one-time licenses are not available under any circumstances
These rules ensure a fair balance between customer satisfaction and the protection of our software.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your SaaS subscription at any time; access remains until the period ends, but no partial refunds are given.
